Terms of Service

Last updated 12 August 2026

These terms govern use of MCSquared Mail, provided by MCSquared Consulting Group. Using the service means agreeing to them.

The service

MCSquared Mail hosts email addresses, receives mail forwarded from other mailboxes, and uses automated assistance to triage messages and draft replies. Drafts are proposals: nothing is sent without you sending it.

Connected mailboxes

You may connect a mailbox you control at another provider so that mail can be sent from that address. You are responsible for having the right to send as any address you connect. Access is granted through your provider, is limited to sending, and can be withdrawn by you at any time from your provider's account settings or by disconnecting in Settings.

Acceptable use

The service is for ordinary correspondence. Do not use it to send unsolicited bulk mail, to impersonate anyone, or to send unlawful or harassing content. Sending through a connected mailbox is also bound by that provider's own terms and sending limits.

Accounts used to send bulk unsolicited mail may be suspended without notice.

Your content

Your mail remains yours. It is stored and processed only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. No ownership over your content is claimed.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty. Email delivery depends on providers and networks outside our control, and no guarantee is made that a message will be delivered, delivered on time, or placed in a recipient's inbox rather than their spam folder.

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the twelve months preceding a claim.

Ending it

You may stop using the service and request deletion at any time. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. On termination, held data is deleted on request.
